Mont-Ele’s Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) management system was validated on 11 September 2023 against ISO 30415. This validation attests to the effectiveness of the actions implemented by the Company and the Steering Committee.

The management system for Diversity & Inclusion together with that for the SA8000:2014~ represent for Mont-MontThis is the general operational framework under which the organization is able to ensure full compliance of its Social Responsibility services with the requirements of the Standards.
