Questa certificazione attesta la validit\u00e0 delle azioni messe in atto dalla Societ\u00e0 e dal Social Performance Team .<\/h2>\n<p>The performance indicators defined and monitored by the Social Performance Team are all positive despite the past year having seen the accumulation of various problems related to numerous delivery deadlines during the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>Particularly regarding safety, the severity index in 2020 decreased compared to 2019 and does not raise concerns about the proper management of the safety management system.<\/p>\n<p>The results analysis shows that the implementation of the OHSMS keeps the injury rate very low for temporary disability, and negligible for permanent disability and fatalities.<\/p>\n<p>Il Social Performance Team si &egrave; riunito con regolarit&agrave; esaminando l&rsquo;attuazione delle azioni di miglioramento in atto in particolare quelle relative al coinvolgimento dei fornitori di Mont-Ele nell&rsquo;applicazione dei principi di Responsabilit&agrave; Sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Sono state inviate circa 250 lettere e si &egrave; avuta una percentuale di adesione alla Politica di Responsabilit&agrave; Sociale di Mont-Ele del 57,71% . Sono state inviate le lettere di adesione assieme al questionario di prequalifica ad oltre 30 nuovi fornitori inseriti nel 2020, tra fornitori di prodotti e di servizi.<\/p>\n<p>Individual interviews using a specific questionnaire on safety and social responsibility aspects were also conducted with the personnel of service providers operating in the factory, in order to increase supplier engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Mont-Ele management therefore reaffirms its commitment to maintaining the SA8000:2014\u00ae Management System active and operational, and to continuously improving its effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>In particolare durante l&rsquo;ultima Management Review (che riguarda anche i temi delle altre certificazioni di Mont-Ele: ISO 9001-ISO 14001-ISO 45001- EMAS ) che si svolge con la partecipazione del RLS, sono stati confermati i seguenti obiettivi :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintenance and improvement of communication and participation on Social Responsibility issues for all employees.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance or improvement of related SA 8000 indicators\n<ul>\n<li>supplier involvement<\/li>\n<li>to employee training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of safety indicators at the maximum level with specific reference to injury frequency and severity rates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The SA8000:2014\u00ae management system represents for Mont-Ele the general operational framework by virtue of which the organization is able to ensure complete compliance of its performance in the field of Social Responsibility with reference to the requirements of the Standard.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, please note that both employees and external parties (stakeholders) can submit reports regarding ethical and social behavior aspects with reference to SA 8000 to the addresses indicated in the dedicated section of the website.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il sistema di gestione per la responsabilit\u00e0 sociale di Mont-Ele , certificato in data 28 Gennaio 2020 rispetto alla SA8000: 2014\u00ae . \u00e8 stato sottoposto a verifica da parte del TUV nel corso del 2021 con esisto positivo.
