Gender equality
The management system for gender equality, according to UNI PdR125:2022, was validated on 8 October 2024. This validation attests to the effectiveness of the actions implemented by Women, which define the organization's commitment to issues related to gender equality, the valorization of diversity, and female empowerment.
The management system for gender equality, together with that for SA8000:2014, represents for Mont-ele the general operating framework under which the organization is able to ensure full compliance with its Social Responsibility performance with reference to the requirements of regulatory standards.
The Management, therefore reaffirms its commitment to maintain the effective and operational Management System and to continuously improve its effectiveness, promoting the inclusion of female figures in technical areas.
