Mont-Ele has adopted the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01

Following the issue of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, with which the "administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations"

Following the issue of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, with which the "administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations" was established, Mont-Ele launched a project to adapt to the aforementioned Decree aimed at guaranteeing conditions of legality, transparency and fairness, as well as provide the company with a tool to protect and prevent the risk of committing crimes.

Mont-Ele has adopted the Organization Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 8th June 2001 no. 231 ("Legislative Decree 231/2001") aimed at ensuring conditions of correctness and transparency in the conduct of business and company activities, by appointing a Supervisory Body charged with supervising the correct functioning of the Model and the implementation of the Code of Ethics.

The Model is made up of a "General Section", a "Special Section", a Code of Ethics and a system of procedures, with related control activities.

The Model is subject to constant monitoring by the Mont-Ele Supervisory Body which ensures that no violations are committed, verifies the functionality of the Model and ensures its effective application and continuous updating.

With these tools Mont-Ele intends to protect its position and image to prevent irresponsible or illicit behavior on the part of those who work in the name and on behalf of the company, which do not correspond to the ethics and values ​​which Mont-Ele inspires in exercise of its activities.
