Expressed in numbers, the notarial deed signed yesterday in Pistoia brings DITECFER’s members to 48—meaning a grouping that totals—considering industrial members alone—over 15,700 employees, generates more than 2.7 billion Euros in turnover, and holds over 270 patents. Adding also the research members—CNR and the Research and Innovation Foundation of the University of Florence—and the three trade associations—CNA Toscana, Confartigianato Pistoia, Confindustria Toscana Nord—the figures rise to 24,000 employees and over 700 patents.
