Adoption of the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01

Following the enactment of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, which established the “administrative liability of legal entities, companies, and associations”

Following the enactment of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, which established the “administrative liability of legal entities, companies, and associations,” Mont-Ele has initiated a compliance project regarding the aforementioned Decree aimed at ensuring conditions of legality, transparency, and fairness, as well as providing the company with a tool for protection and prevention against the risk of committing offenses.

Mont-Ele has adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 (“Legislative Decree 231/2001”), aimed at ensuring conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and corporate activities, by appointing a Supervisory Body tasked with overseeing the proper functioning of the Model and the implementation of the Code of Ethics.

The Model is composed of a “General Part”, a “Special Part”, a Code of Ethics, and a system of procedures, with related control activities.

The Model is subject to the constant monitoring of Mont-Ele's Supervisory Body, which ensures that no violations are committed, verifies the functionality of the Model, and oversees its effective application and continuous updating.

With these tools, Mont-Ele intends to protect its position and image in order to prevent irresponsible or unlawful behavior by those who act in the name and on behalf of the company, which does not correspond to the ethics and values that inspire Mont-Ele in the conduct of its activities.
