Il sistema di gestione per la responsabilità sociale di Mont-Ele , certificato in data 28 Gennaio 2020 rispetto alla SA8000: 2014® . è stato sottoposto a rinnovo triennale da parte del TUV nel Dicembre 2022 con esisto positivo. La verifica semestrale del Giugno 2023 è stata superata senza problemi e senza Non Conformità.
This certification attests to the validity of the actions implemented by the Company and the Social Performance Team.
The Social Performance Team met regularly to review the implementation of improvement actions in the application of Social Responsibility principles.
The performance indicators defined and monitored by the Social Performance Team are all positive, and specifically regarding safety, the severity index in 2022 remains at level 0 and raises no concerns regarding the proper management of the safety management system.
Un sondaggio interno eseguito tramite un breve questionario sottoposto a tutti i lavoratori ha avuto esisto largamente positivo, confermando il livello di conoscenza e consapevolezza dei lavoratori di Mont-Ele sui temi della responsabilità sociale.
La Direzione di Mont-Ele ribadisce quindi il proprio impegno a mantenere effettivo ed operante il Sistema di Gestione SA8000:2014® e a migliorarne continuamente l’efficacia.
